My wife says the tartar sauce wasn't as good as before. My sons sausages tasted like they'd been fried in old oil.

We pre ordered online and it was ready bang on time. Staff were lovely and friendly. Very well priced for the portion size, more than enough chips and a large piece of fish. Food was fantastic and very tasty. I would highly recommend this chippy.

Food that I got was delicious, app was easy to use, and delivery time was very quick. But the lack of a decent amount of cheese on my chips and cheese was extremely disappointing. Every other takeaway I’ve ever had, the cheese has covered the chips. This establishment only provided about a third of coverage. Therefore Gino’s unfortunately has lost one star 😊

I am very disappointed that’s 2 weeks the fish is very poor when you started I was telling everyone how wonderful the fish was now I can’t believe it’s so poor. I’m afraid I couldn’t get the fish and chips again.

I’m a big fan of Gino’s..everything is usually excellent quality, tasty and fresh. However the fish tonight didn’t taste good, not saying it was off, but it wasn’t as fresh as I’ve come to expect, didn’t finish it. All other components of the order were excellent. This will not put me off ordering again in the future.

Ordered at roughly 17:50 selected a slot of 18:30, arrived 18:26, left at 18:50, service was slow, and multiple customers walked up and walked away with their orders in the time we were there. The food however, was great! Really good fish and chips, rivalling Rick Steins (at least from my view), I'd definitely say the food quality saved the experience, pleased I ordered Gino's

Battered sausage and both portions of chips were soggy not crispy and the curry sauce was very watery not thick like it usually is. Never had a bad meal here before so it was a shame.
