Batter felt hard and overcooked, quality of chips was not very good either, and mostly small hard pieces 😔

Asked for the meal to be delivered at 7pm, was delivered at 5:45 before I had arrived home from work. Receipt should that you had logged it for 7pm delivery.

Ordered online, given 20min collection time Arrived and order was just ready Lovely hot food, fish supper was excellent with delicious tartare sauce Chicken nuggets 5🌟

The portion size was pretty poor considering the cost of a fish supper, usually I would split the chips in a supper between my 2 boys but with your portions that wasn’t the case. I also ordered on line and it said 1710 collection, I was actually early and it was sitting already in the bag, this resulted in my food being colder than expected. Saying that the fish was very good and so were the sausages.

Where was the tartare sauce ? Didn’t receive 😂

When I ordered it says 40 mins that was fine as freshly cooked would take this time,order arrived very quickly the fish was dry and some batter was hard and chips were warm with lots of bits very disappointing

Go there all the time for my fish but this time fish was no where near what it was like in past, all batter fish was half the size/thickness very disappointing

One meal was hot, one was lukewarm

Delivery was very swift, faster than expected. I had ordered the kids fish and chips, very generous portion and more than enough for me, an elderly lady. The food was piping hot and beautifully cooked, possibly the best fish and chips I have had! It was well packed in a polystyrene box and in a strong brown paper bag. I'll definitely be ordering again! Thank you.

I was given good advice to avoid my usual chippie, but did not appreciate how good that advice was until we arrived home with three generously-portioned fish suppers - almost at Wee Kelpie level (and they closed some years ago). I will be back.
