As always - good food delivered quickly. What’s not to like.

Said it before, best chippy in Helensburgh.

Ordered online and given food exactly on estimated time

Received my ordered meal on time, although one Item was missing. But after a phone call, was assured that the missing Item would be with me shortly👌🏻🤗

Food as always was excellent and was ready for collection timeously as I walked in and served with a smile

Way quicker than it said online for delivery and still piping hot. The fish was so fresh. Lovely!!!

Fish was stale and unir was mostly breaded batter. Next time will try no 28

Fish was lovely but felt the chips weren't as good as we've had before. Not as fresh maybe being mid week? Had great meals in the past so will be back!

Food was hot and tasty. Lovely meaty fish, perfectly cooked.

Unfortunately chips were brown and chewy. I get the impression they may have been sat out and kept warm for a long time. Curry sauce was also extremely watery. Other food was nice. Lovely chunky bits of scampi.

Great value delicious fish and chips, still piping hot when delivered by the usual friendly delivery driver. Excellent service all round.

Was surprised at just how straightforward and easy it was to order online from Gino's. Will definitely order again sometime soon, as it's the first time that I have received a haggis that wasn't sausage-shaped. . .👌🏻🤗

The chips were not fresh or warm. The cheese added to the chips was poor. The batter on the black pudding tasted odd. Disappointed for my first order. Ice cream was good though.

Food not like is usually is. Very greasy, chips brown and tasteless. Normally food is amazing here so decided to treat some family as they hadn't tried it before. After spending the amount of money we did I was expecting the same great quality. The food quality I received was well under my expectations and would have had a better meal at blue lagoon for the same price. This had me reluctant to buy from here incase I recieve the same bad quality food. Service was good as always, cheery staff.

Chips were warm and batter on fish not crispy enough.

Sadly feel food quality has went downhill. Last few orders been very greasy and last two orders the chips have been overcooked
